= tools

These are tools we use for publishing and maintaining the site -- they themselves should not be
published.  The scripts in this directory we hereby grant to the public domain -- we are not
liable for any damage they might cause, however.

Note that the pubrefman script and program have moved to the tools/ directory of the main NNG
branch.
