This actually represents a conversion of the transport tests implemented
in Convey terms to NUTS. As part of this, have implemented a simple
round trip performance test, using PAIR.
The rest of the transport tests will shortly be converted to this as well.

This arranges for nng_fini to be called via atexit in the test
version of the library. It also cleans up some of the actual
tests to reduce extraneous (and in some cases incorrect) calls
to nng_fini.

This change makes embedding nng + nggpp (or other projects depending on
nng) in cmake easier. The header files are moved to a separate include
directory. This also makes installation of the headers easier, and
allows clearer identification of private vs public heade files.
Some additional cleanups were performed by @gedamore, but the main
credit for this change belongs with @gregorburger.

This eliminates tests for code that we cannot reach, because the
upper layer endpoint code already ensures that we don't get called
if we are closing, that the mode is correct, and that only one
outstanding endpoint operation is in progress on any given endpoint.

This passes valgrind 100% clean for both helgrind and deep leak
checks. This represents a complete rethink of how the AIOs work,
and much simpler synchronization; the provider API is a bit simpler
to boot, as a number of failure modes have been simply eliminated.
While here a few other minor bugs were squashed.

This does a few things. First it closes some preexisting leaks.
Second it tightens the overall close logic so that we automatically
discard idhash resources (while keeping numeric values for next id
etc. around) when the last socket is closed. This then eliminates
the need for applications to ever explicitly terminate resources.
It turns out platform-specific resources established at nni_init()
time might still be leaked, but it's also the case that we now no
longer dynamically allocate anything at platform initialization time.
(This presumes that the platform doesn't do so under the hood when
creating critical sections or mutexes for example.)
